REGISTRATION FEES:
Full registration payment is required at the time of registration.
Please make cheque or money order payable to Sheatre, and send with
this registration form to:
Sheatre, R.R. # 1 Kemble, Ontario, N0H 1S0 / On
your cheque indicate which session you plan to attend and the name
of the workshop participant.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- NO REFUND is given for cancellations by the student less than
15 days prior to the start of the workshop.
- A CANCELLATION FEE of $50.00 applies to cancellations made by
the student more than 15 days prior to the start of the workshop.
- A substitute participant is always welcome at no charge.
If Sheatre is obliged to cancel the workshop for any reason, we
will issue a full refund.
